Wire and Bead Earrings

Skill Level: Intermediate
*Previous experience with wire is recommended.
Description: Need a new pair of earrings for the outfit you are wearing for a night out on the town? Why not whip a pair up? You will learn 4 different styles of wire earrings incorporating beads and the basic Sheppard hook ear wire.
Materials:
- 20 gauge ½ hard or dead soft round sterling silver wire
- 16, 18 & 26 gauge sterling round dead soft wire
- round nose pliers
- chain nose pliers
- flat nose pliers
- wire cutters
- fine jewelry file (metal nail file will work)
- 2 - 6mm round beads (Czech glass or crystals)
- 2 - silver bead caps to fit your 6mm beads
- 2 - 6 or 8mm beads (holes should be large enough to fit on your 18 gauge wire)
- 6 - 5mm crystals ( 2 each of three different colors)
- a mat or hand towel to work on.
